Y. Bhg. Tan Sri Dato’ Ahmad Fuzi Bin Abdul Razak was previously the Secretary-General of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Malaysia. He joined the Malaysian Diplomatic and Administrative Service in 1972, and served in various capacities at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, mainly in the Political Division, and at the Malaysian Missions abroad in Moscow, The Hague, Canberra, Washington and Dhaka.

Y. Bhg. Tan Sri Dato Ahmad Fuzi has previously also served as the Director General, Institute of Diplomacy and Foreign Relations Malaysia; Ambassador-At-Large; Malaysia’s Representative to the Asean High Level Task Force (HLTF) on the Drafting of the ASEAN Charter and Malaysia’s Representative to the High Level Panel (HLP) on the Drafting of the Terms of Reference of the ASEAN Human Rights Body.

Y. Bhg. Tan Sri Dato’ Ahmad Fuzi is currently also a Distinguished Fellow at: Institute of Strategic and International Studies (ISIS); Institute of Diplomacy and Foreign Relations (IDFR); Deputy Chairman, Malaysian Member Committee of the Council for Security Cooperation in the Asia Pacific (CSCAP Malaysia); Member, Institute of Advanced Islamic Studies (IAIS); Board of Trustees, MERCY, Malaysia; Perdana Global Peace Foundation (PGPF); F3 Strategy Berhad. Honorary Advisor/Advisory Board, Malaysia-Myanmar Chamber of Commerce (MMCC); Asia Pacific Entrepreneurship Award (APEA); and High School Bukit Mertajam Alumni Malaysia.

In recognition of his service to the nation, he was awarded the AMN (1979), the JSM (1999), the DSPN (1999), the DMPN (2002) and the PSM (2003) and the DSLJ (Brunei Darussalam 2014).

Mr. Ang Chuang Juay was appointed to the Board on the 18th August 2003. He is at present the Chairman of the Risk Management Committee, and member of the Remuneration Committee.

Mr. Ang began his career with Wearnes Technology as the Head of its Printed Circuit Board assembly operations. He remained with the Company for 6 years throughout which he obtained extensive exposure in surface mount technology, floppy disk drive (FDD) and hard disk drive operation. He was seconded to Taiwan to head the production unit and was subsequently sent to China to set up the FDD operation. He also worked as the Managing Director of a UI IT company based in Singapore specialising in networking.

After the takeover of the UK IT Company by another firm, he became a consultant to NS-Tech Co. Ltd. His talents and natural drive was spotted by the founding member of NS-Tech Co. Ltd. and was roped in to assist in the expansion into the USA and set up a presence in Singapore. Not satisfied with merely being a subcontractor for Original Equipment Manufacturer and with his mind firmly set on working in the forefront technology with multinational companies, he decided to pursue his own goals and visions by divesting his interests in NS-Tech Co. Ltd. and thereafter formed ConnectCounty Holdings Berhad.

Mr. Chang Choon Ming graduated from the Oxford Brooks University with Bachelor of Science in Computer Science. He commenced his career where he was tasked with the planning and implementation of sales and marketing strategies. Over the last 15 years, he has also accumulated experience in risk management and has a proven ability to successfully analyse an organisation’s marketing requirements, identify potential opportunities, and develop innovative strategies.

Ms. Lim Bee San, was appointed to the Board on 19 July 2016.
She had previously practiced in two legal firms as a legal assistant from year 1996 to 1999. She became a partner of a legal firm from 2000 to 2006. She is the Founding Partner of M/s The Law Chambers of Yeap & Lim which was established since 2006.

Ms. Thong is a Chartered Accountant with ACMA with 25 years’ financial management reporting and general accounting experience, including 10 years in senior management position leading the finance function.

She had worked for various organisations, including Glaxosmith Kline (GSK), Avon Cosmetics, Bristol Meyers (MeadJohnson Nutrition), Coca-Cola and PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC), Hong Leong Credit Berhad and Navis Capital Group.

She is highly recognised for the ability to strategic business partnering roles and proactive for continuous change actions to drive business growth. During her 25 years of experiences, she had supervised up to a team of 26 across different markets in the cluster environment.

Mr. Mok Shiaw Hang has more than 15 years of experience in sales and marketing. He started his career as a Sales Executive in Simen Utama Sdn Bhd, a wholly-owned subsidiary of LaFarge Malayan Cement Berhad, in 1997. He was later promoted to Sales Manager in 2001, where he led the sales teams and worked closely with the marketing department in formulation of sales strategies. His career in the company allowed him to gain extensive knowledge of sales and marketing process. Subsequently, he joined a subsidiary of Hume Industries Berhad in 2012 as a pioneer of its sales department. Being the Senior Manager, he was actively involved in every part of the division’s operations and was responsible for hiring of regional managers, development of sales strategies, project management as well as training of sales personnel, while simultaneously juggling with the responsibilities as the Director in two private limited companies in the business of furniture and building materials trading. The division played a significant role in enabling Hume Industries to eventually establish its presence in new markets in the Northern and Center regions of Malaysia.
